For your consideration we have put together a couple of options for your group to consider.

• Day Canoe Trip - Camp in the area and visit us for a day trip. For day trips we can put your group on a variety of white water canoe trips ranging from beginner to more experience. We are also conveniently located to more than ten different camp grounds with in a thirty minute drive of our store, many of which accept reservations for their group’s sites. Our most popular Canoe trips are as follows:

Intermediate: James River - Buchanan to Arcadia or Alpine
Maury River - Buena Vista to Glasgow (in river levels permitting)
Challenging: James River: Natural Bridge Station to Snowden
* Cost per person weekday $27.00 plus tax, weekend $30.00 plus tax.

• Day Kayak Trip - Similar to the canoe trip option listed above but run in our single seater perception kayaks. Kayak trips allow campers to experience the river in a boat by themselves but as part of a fun group activity. Experience is not necessary for the majority of our kayak trips, our boats are easy to paddle for campers new to kayak trips. Like canoeing trips we have kayak trips from very easy to more challenging trips. Our most popular kayak trips are as follows:
